Apartment complex itself has been very accommodating and nice. Haven’t had the best neighbors, which isn’t on the apartment complex but has attributed to the rating. What is on management, is my power went out around 7; I called and texted the emergency number for hours and got no response. WPS came out and checked and everything was fine with meters and lines. WPS had no authorization to come inside so they could not check anything indoors. When power went out there was a loud pop. It was an internal electric issue. All my food went bad. Called multiple numbers got nothing back. Was very disappointed in the management at that point.
