My mother has lived at Highgate for 4 1/2 years now. There are a lot of nice looking senior facilities, but this one comes filled with warm-hearted, caring, and attentive employees. Mom would live nowhere else. My interactions with folks here at the facility, and with corporate on the phone have all been uplifting and supportive. 🌟 🏆 🏅

Kimberly has been an absolute god send! My mother & father were planning to move into Highgate as a couple, when my mother suffered a severe stroke and passed away. Kimberly and the Highgate staff jumped in right away and helped our father not only move in, but feel supported and loved. We appreciate the extra care and attention they have provided to all of us. We are very happy with our decision to move forward. Thank you to Kimberly and the Highgate Staff in all the do!

Kimberly gave us an absolutely wonderful tour of this beautiful community! She was knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the differences between assisted living and memory care, which was incredibly helpful. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and families she works with. The facility itself is fantastic—clean, welcoming, and full of life. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help. They offer an impressive variety of amenities and a full calendar of activities to keep residents engaged and enjoying their days. One of the best parts is that they even welcome furbabies, which is such a huge plus for pet lovers! We also had the opportunity to chat with a few residents during our visit, and it was clear they truly enjoy living here. It felt like a real community. I would absolutely recommend anyone considering assisted living or memory care to come take a tour. This place is truly special!

My father is living at high gates senior living for over a year. He loves it there. The care team is awesome they take excellent care of my dad. I have visited my dad multiple times. Love the facility. I am from Houston TX. So it makes it hard for my husband and I to visit him due to the distance. So it is a Hugh burden lifted of my shoulder to know he is well taken care of. The staff. Is Excellent. I would like to mention kat, Lisa, veronica, lauren, matt,and all of the kitchen workers everybody is so patient With my dad I would like to give a loud shot out to joey as well He is awesome. Everybody there is awesome. If you are looking for a place for your loved ones u can not pick a better facility. I recommend you visit the facility to see for yourself.

Moving our parents into an assisted living facility was an emotional and significant decision for our family, but thanks to the incredible team at Highgate Senior Living at Temecula, the entire transition was smoother than we could have ever imagined. From the very beginning, Kimberly was so encouraging and helpful. She guided us through every step of the process with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what families go through during this time. Her communication was clear and consistent, and her genuine care made all the difference in helping our parents—and us—feel at ease. Once our parents were settled, it became clear that the facility is not just well-managed but truly a community. Joey, executive director, is remarkable. He is hands-on, visible, and fully engaged with the residents on a daily basis. Whether it's checking in personally, helping with day-to-day needs, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, Joey brings a sense of family and support that is rare to find. We are so grateful to have found a place where our parents are not just safe and well-cared-for, but truly thriving. The entire friendly staff, from the front desk, to the office folks to the amazing meals and servers to the room support teams all learn their names and treat everyone so nicely. My parents have now been at Highgate Senior Living at Temecula for 5 weeks and proud to call it there home. ************************************** UPDATE 10/5/2025 From the beginning, the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful, and the environment is warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kat Librojo, the Activities Director/Life Enhancement Coordinator, who has truly made a remarkable difference in my parents’ daily lives. Kat plans a wide variety of fun, engaging, and meaningful activities that keep residents active and connected. My parents participate daily in many of Kat's programs—from exercise in the gym, balloon games, trivia, and bingo, to flower arranging, chair Pilates, core strength classes, and their favorite: Thursday Happy Hour with live music! Kat is always full of energy and creativity, and whenever I visit, she's there with a smile, often decorating for the next holiday or special event. It’s clear that the joy and engagement my parents feel is directly tied to the caring and dedicated team at Highgate—especially Kat. I’m so grateful to see them not just comfortable, but truly thriving.
