If I could give a -5 I would. from the moment my daughter got there they didn't follow any of the hospitals discharge instructions. while they accepted her on these conditions. Lack of oxygen, when showering left her with a mucus plug. Got a fever the very first night she was there. Some aspiration two brain bleeds airlifted back to Loma Linda. needle breaking when administering Heparin medication. Also had aspiration when I asked them not to give tube feed because she was on a bolus feed .put in her too low of a position, caused the aspiration. Respiratory practices not to mention how they treated my daughter's roommate... So deplorable... Caused my daughter. Great harm , A horrific setback... I pray you do your research before you send your loved one here and this is only my opinion and what I went through and noticed and observed myself...

This place is very clean and organized. When I try to get ahold of a patient by phone no one ever answers the phone or even try’s to help make contact. They ignore phone calls and just don’t care.

Diana, the Care Centers Beautition, is very nice lady. She found my head and exposed my face. She turned my claws into finger nails and the hauled off a forest of hair. Considering what she had to work with see some kind of a miracle acured in room 133.

To whom it may concern I would like to thank HI desert Home Health services for providing the services of Nelson (my wife’s therapist). He really has a lot of knowledge and training. We trust him more than any doctor or therapist we have ever been involved with. He even keeps his appointments well. He always shows up with a smile and a good attitude and tries hard to help rehabilitate her broken back. Nelson keeps her to her exercises and really cares for her continued advancement. She requires less drugs to control her pain currently and can do things like get up from the bed and go to her chair unaided. We know there is still work left to do for sure but she is trying to get well and Nelson helps a great deal. Thank You Mark and Carolyn

My mom was in this facility for almost 4 months after a bad fall and they took such a great care of her. The staff is absolutely wonderful, shout-out to Leila the social worker there, she was a massive help in figuring out the next steps for my mom. Everyone went above and beyond to make her feel at home during a difficult time. So grateful for their support and patience.
