Why would the owner give his own place 5 stars? This place is not clean and the bathrooms don't even have soap to wash your hands.

Heron creek is a caring and loving facility, that has recently changed management, who is implementing new policies in compliance and guidance with state regulations. Customize diet for each residence in comformity with residence diagnosis. New changes has lead to bad med. Tech's and aids replaced to bring quality care to residence. Activities and physical therapist is the new addition to the change, while management is working hard to implement other changes the entire facility is being considered for a general upgrade, ie changing old flooring and painting. The new management is made up of nurses with many years of experience, nurse practitioner who manages private independent practice and an out patient practice at Haford memorial hospital. Havre De Grace. Md.. This a facility where your love one will feel at home and live like home.

If you care about the quality of care of your loved one do not bring them here. There is usually only one staff member for nine patients so the patients do not receive the care or attention they need. There are no transportation services offered or activities scheduled so the patients just sit and watch TV everyday. The house needs a lot of maintenance. Unfortunately, there is nothing good about this place when it comes to caring for the elderly.
