There are no words to describe this place. Please go at unexpected times check for hidden bruise, it needs to be closed down, but we know how that is. Please keep a check on your family. I also knew the person who died tragically

The place is buggy, not clean. Sent new patient into place without communication of incompetence knowledged. Eye glasses broken and he could not see. The patients are in lock down and not enough of help.

"...and more importantly, a safer lifestyle. With 24 hours supervision and care, family members rest better knowing their loved ones are taken care of every day." The hermitage boasts of their 24hr supervision and exceptional care. This couldn't be further from the truth. Just a few months ago, a long time family friend lost his life due to their negligence. He was left unsupervised and went outside in the middle of the night. He proceeded to stand in a chair, and climbed over the fence, where he fell to his death. He was not found until morning. All of this is on camera. A few years ago I almost ran over one of the residents who was lying in the middle of the rd at the other end of mallard lane. I immediately called the hermitage to let them know and their response was "oh thats just what she does"

Wish I could give ZERO rating. This is a horrible place. It's the facility that is used for people they think no one cares about. My grandmother passed away in the care of this facility due to neglect, chemically restraining her, being malnourished, and so much more. This place needs to be closed down as it's such an unsafe facility and takes away the dignity and safe environment that these residents deserve.
