We go see a patient there and it's easy access days and push button past 8 pm. Nice grounds to set outside and have a bbq.

Very bad experience my wife go a back fracture due to the neglect of a caregiver who admitted to being at fault. Just one week prior to her being discharged we tried working things out with the administrator named Russell but he refused to do anything about it and tried to cover the caregiver who fractured my wife back. Also my wife ended up with internal bleeding and it took the nurse 4 hrs to get medical services out their I had to take off work and go down their in person to get them to call my wife ended up in the hospital for a week and needed blood transfusions . I highly recommend not sending your loved ones to this place

I arrived at this facility,as a broken human being, I could not stand,I could not walk and could<br>barely eat. From those first days to the current date of 30 July 2026 I have experience a level of care that has enabled me to fully function physically and mentally when they say this is a skilled nursing facility it is that ,and so much more. I would highly recommend Heritage Park to any and all who need or want help.yes there is a rainbow at the end of the journey. This rainbow appeared over my hall’s outside patio last evening,
