I am so happy to have found Heritage Oaks. This place is wonderful! The staff are all so nice and friendly. Scott gave us the tour and we knew right then that this place would be perfect for my dad. Scott was so helpful with guiding me through the process of getting all the paperwork and answered ALL my questions. The staff and nurses have really helped my dad get situated. Each and every staff member, nurse and caregiver came in and introduced themselves and told him how happy they were that he would be joining the Heritage Oaks family. The chef personally came to his room after he moved in and brought him something special from the kitchen and introduced himself as well. I cannot say enough about this place.
