My mother entered Heritage as a rehab patient discharged from the hospital, but swiftly declined and had to enter hospice. She passed away at Heritage. To say the staff was good and kind and caring is an understatement. The facility might be a bit worn, but don’t let that fool you. Your loved one will receive top notch care there.

No I have not been a patient here however; my mother before she passed was a patient at this facility specifically for Tiffany Green to work with my mother. Tiffany treated my mother just as she was her mother and I know that my mother war kept comfortable, dry and clean and above all she still had her dignity intact. I have also had the pleasure to hear how Tiffany Green talks with all of the patients even when they start fussing she tells them in the funniest way that she needs to change them so that they have had an accident and they then apologize and she tells them with her heart in it “oh no this is why I am here and there is no need for you to apologize “!!!!!

Heritage required my 82 yr old Mother to test negative for covid before approving her admission. Day 2 of her stay, a friend told her the facility was filled with covid positive patients. They never alerted us, allowed staff to enter her room unmasked, give her meds with bare hands. I took her home on day 4 of her planned 20 day PT program. She tested positive for covid 2 days later, fever 101.50. Did I mention, she had just spent 14 days in ICU for a perforated ulcer. Heritage would not allow us to have disinfectant, aka wipes and lysol, in the room. It was 'a chemical and against the rules! Need I say more?

Wonderful clean environment with super loving caring and compassionate staff members. Patients are clean attended to and are given above and beyond care. Beautifully owned and managed facility.
