The situation: relative who needed post op outpatient physical therapy The good: the staff we interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. The bad: communication from HH to us was abysmal as well as communication between staff members. They would say they were coming and never show up or would come very late. We had to make A LOT of calls asking what was happening. My relative did not get all of the sessions she was approved for because of their poor planning and communication. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this company.
