My interaction with the head of the company during the interview process unveiled numerous red flags, clearly indicating a lack of professionalism from the get-go. When confronted about the negative feedback visible online, the owner dismissed them as baseless accusations. Furthermore, the proprietor mentioned their policy of notifying applicants about their status post-interview, a claim I decided to look into. My findings revealed that the problems within the company were even more profound than initially apparent. This revelation was fortuitous, as it solidified my decision to avoid joining an entity with such problematic values.

The owner Amelia is erratic, at best. She's rude and condescending to both her clients and her staff. She'd rather fire someone than admit she may be in the wrong. They are always hiring because they can't keep good staff. No one would put up with her behavior. Then there is the Peer Support Specialist, Anna, that curiously drives her client out for coffee and dinner and pays for the both of them on a major holiday when most stores and dining establishments are closed and people are at home with loved ones. That was just odd and a clear boundary issue. Maybe DHS needs to pay this place a visit.

I’ve never experienced anything but courtesy and good work on my behalf. I’ve had my current ARMHS Worker, Heidi NEDLUND for over a year. I love her and she’s always on time and fun to be with. I don’t know about the company’s past or why people have given these negative reviews, but I want you to know it is a good company with good workers. All these different social service providing companies, including Pinnacle Services, Supportive Living Solutions, Home Health Care and many more are good companies run by professionals educated in caring for elderly, and all sorts of disabilities. Most care a lot for their Clients. Report problems to Supervisors, but bear in mind we all have some bad days and some people just don’t “click” with each other. The companies know this and will try hard on your behalf to make good matches between the workers and clients. If you feel you’ve been disrespected or if your worker is never on time or there are any other issues, of course you must report it to a Supervisor. My experiences with this company have been good.

My PAC quit she didn't like the tone I used when she told me she was sick. She would talk about her other clients pass and present in detail. She kept calling me Kid after me asking her not to. She didn't follow my directions when she was providing personal care because it was to much work for her. Plus she was being two face when I was getting renewed to the point I would lose hours I had. Some of the on calls was getting high sitting in her car. Most of them didn't want to help me with my hair so I had to do it even though it was part of my care plan. Company filled paper work to continue my services even though I said I didn't want to be a client anymore. They never sent anyone out to help me even though that wanted to get paid. I called and got the run around from staff went 4 months without service because of them. Don't work for or with them for any type of service. You've been warned
