*Edditting to add - 1 STAR* The company reached out to us (to apologise, or so I thought) and instead they were exceptionally rude. First, due to medical reasons, I cannot accept or make calls; I stated that they could continue to reach me through text as they were seeming to not have an issue doing... This is when they got snippy... They started making accusations stating that I was lying about what I said in the review and then brought up accusations against me for things that could have easily been remidied in the moment, but I digress. Apparently when you're the owner, then you can do what you want, as Romone is. We were told that we will not be welcome as riders of theirs, again, but honestly, I'm totally fine with that if this is what I should expect from their company. No matter what the laws specifically say is illegal, driving distracted is one of the leading causes of vehiclar accidents. Use a phone mount if you must and turn the volume on for auditorial directions; otherwise, put it away! Taking off a star because this was just not handled well and I'm just over it now. *Original Review - 2 STARS* "It's unfortunate that so many of these transportation services don't vet/train their employees better. Again, Romone seemed nice enough until we got into the car and started driving. First off, we had our 5 month old with us and he was playing quite inappropriate music, quite loudly. If that wasn't bad enough. He had his phone in his lap for the directions. That is not only extremely dangerous, but also illegal here now. Please do better. Dash mounts for a phone can be bought from the Dollar General, honestly. Not a happy Momma right now."
