I have worked for the company ever since I was pregnant with my first child and she’s one year old now and at the time I was working for the company it has been a bit hard trying to get new client they haven’t been able to find new cases in the Williamsport area and I left the company because of it and I been trying to come back to the company sooner or later my daughter is gonna be able to be around another kids and I been trying to come back to help @ home

This place used to be in harrisburg. Their clock in system doesn't always log your punches but nobody is confirming that the hours match the schedule when they submit payroll so you don't know until your paycheck is short, then they make you to wait until the following pay to be compensated for their oversight. They tell you to leave notes in the system when theres an anomaly in your punch time or location but nobody actually checks the notes so your paycheck will still be short. I once scheduled a vacation day and they were supposed to send coverage. Thank God I trusted my gut and didn't leave because nobody showed up but my check was still docked for vacation even though nobody ever clocked in for the shift. We've been with them for too long and there have always been issues. Its time to find an agency that actually cares about the clients AND the caregiver instead of just push through payroll with no accountability held on their end.

Worst agency ever. Never can get anyone on the phone. Supervision is awful and when you actually get a supervisor to talk to they never know anything. I would give less than a 1 star if allowed. Wouldn’t have them take care of a pet, never mind an actual human!!!! TERRIBLE

Help at Home has been a life saver for my mother by enabling her to stay at home instead of being placed in a nursing home. The Williamsport office staff goes above and beyond to help maintain her independence and dignity. Her personal case manager strives to ensure all of my mother's needs are being met while also ensuring her caregivers are happy and the perfect fit for her specific needs. It's reassuring to know He is only a phone call away. Allen, Cullen and Amber maintain a professionalism the goes beyond compare. I'm very thankful for all they do. I have been working with Help at Home for over a year now. They are very understanding and on top of things when it comes to you and your clients. I have had experiences with other home health care companies and Help at Home is the best by far! They actually care about their workers and clients. 10/10 recommend.
