Very disappointed in this company. The caregivers would not show up leaving my elderly family member lying in bed for hours, no notification, no replacements. They sent our deposit money to a random person and has exposed private data. The CEO Lisa Harrington when confronted about the care has no reason and stutters through excuses as to why the company messed up yet again The whole experience was atrocious. They lack communication, and overall the management was very uncaring. I would not recommend using this company if you love your elderly person.

Very disappointing experience. In a matter of just a few weeks, we experienced no fewer than five caregivers. We would get them trained and knowledgeable about what our needs were and then they would either lose interest, decide the drive was too far, decide that being a caregiver just was not for them or they would simply just not show up for their shift. Such a disappointing experience, for both the patient and the family. Getting good help in this field is difficult to be sure. Proper vetting of employees with professional background checks could go a long way in hiring dependable, caring staff. Working with this company was simply exhausting!
