Heartland has an excellent rehab program with on site PT/OT/ST daily, excellent clinical staff with pristine patient care. 100% recommend this nursing home to any and everyone!

Came to Heartland for therapy and received the best care possible. Very caring and welcoming staff and they made therapy fun! So grateful to the Heartland team for getting me strong enough to get back home.

This place sucks . Most of the staff is very lazy. They are very slow to get around and check on people whether they are understaffed or not they need to check on the patients well being they are not in my opinion.
