Heartland Hospice is truly exceptional! Felecia Moore, one of their care consultants, gives 110% to every patient and family she serves, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. When my own family needed hospice care, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with compassion and professionalism. Her dedication and genuine heart set her apart — you won’t find anyone better to partner with for hospice care consultations.

Would not recommend, it is like pulling teeth to get supplies or even basic answers. The best two things to happen from that place was Amber Palmer super sweet went above and beyond and Dylan Moore. I believe her name is Cynthia, she is rude. She told my aunt that it was our problem. Like we needed to hear that at the moment. Then they sent a nurse out that I am not even sure should be a nurse named Dana. They will not be there for your loved ones. I heard rumors of a snake for a manager from the companies own staff. Said that he was only in it for the money, he gets a bonus if supply orders are below budget. So patients go without while his pockets fill. If the employees are saying it. It is bad and patients are suffering someone should listen. Sadly we did not get the chance to switch companies. Now that it is over with though I will share these thoughts so no other families will suffer. Heartland went way down hill when they got bought out. It was not this bad when my mom was on service. I want to thank the previous staff as well. I will never be able to thank them enough they was saints compared to this new crew.

We are so incredibly grateful for the care our family received from Heartland Hospice, especially from Amber Palmer. The entire team was prompt, thorough, and compassionate, but Amber was truly an angel. She cared for my grandpa as if he were her own family—with love, gentleness, and patience. No question ever felt silly or unimportant to her. She was always honest and calm, answering everything with such grace and understanding. She was there whenever we needed her and helped guide us through every step to ensure my grandpa was comfortable and at peace. Amber’s presence brought us comfort during one of the hardest times of our lives, and we will be forever grateful to her and the entire Heartland Hospice team. Thank you for everything.

Our family had the privilege of working with Heartland Hospice during my dad’s care, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for their support. Judy was our main nurse, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She touched my heart in such a profound way—caring, kind, and compassionate through one of the hardest times of our lives. She shared both laughs and tears with us, and her presence made a lasting impact on my family. We were so fortunate to have her by our side during this journey. Beyond Judy, every single nurse and staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Kim, the social worker, was such a lovely person to talk to. My dad truly enjoyed her company—she was genuine, easy to talk to, and would go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Dylan was also fantastic—so kind, informative, and encouraging. He always had the kindest words for my dad and family, and his reassurance that we were taking good care of my dad meant more than I can say. No matter the time of day or night, there was always someone available to help us, whether through visits or phone calls. Losing someone you love is never easy, but Heartland Hospice made sure we were comforted, supported, and educated on what to expect every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. The compassion and dedication of every team member truly made a difference for our family. They are truly amazing people.
