***I hope this helps you and your loved ones ****<br><br>* Poor communication<br>* Does not return calls<br>* Will Abruptly cancel your caregiver without advance notice<br>* Does not seem to care how last minute cancelation will affect your elderly loved one<br><br>The owner / care coordinator did not confirm with me or ask me if the caregiver she had sent my elderly mom was a good fit for moms needs, she just canceled without advance notice. I spent hours and energy training the care giver the PM routine only to have the coordinator cancel the caregiver . Wow ! Please think twice before using this agency.<br>To make matters worse she did not return my calls for clarification or questions instead of calling back she complicates things by responding with text messages!!<br>This office was suppose to be a source of respite, A help to struggling families trying to keep seniors at home, very disappointed.
