Staff can be very unprofessional due to lack of communication. I have attempted to partner with them to conduct monthly events for the residential facility I am employed with. The person I originally met with never shared she was no longer employed with the agency. When I followed-up with the program manager, she has continued to ignore my emails and phone calls despite expressing interest in hosting monthly health clinics. I will be seeking support elsewhere.
