We’ve had an excellent experience with Hawkeye Care Home. A few years ago, we moved my brother-in-law here, and the staff has been incredible every step of the way. They guided us through the Medicaid process, connected us with great psychiatric and mental health resources, and provide consistent, thoughtful care. Communication is outstanding—they keep us informed and involved whenever needed. What really stands out is how they foster personal responsibility and community. The residents take pride in maintaining the home and supporting one another. Since moving in, my brother-in-law has grown socially, improved his communication skills, and developed stronger conflict resolution abilities. The progress he’s made has been significant. We’re truly grateful for the care and support Hawkeye provides.
