We have found the medical and admin staff at The Havens of Pensacola to be spectacular. Their compassionate and attentive care has been above expectations. While the physical facility is a bit care worn, it is kept very clean and fresh. Our relative is here for physical therapy, that team has been phenomenal as well. Highly recommend!

The care I received recently at Havens At Pensacola was AWESOME!. Every person that I had contact with; i.e. cna, tech, nurse, physicians, OT/PT staff, housekeeping; were all very professional, helpful, caring and always nice. They made me feel safe, comfortable and listened to my concerns. The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond with much concern and kindness. In my personal opinion they all deserve raises. My mother recently stayed at Havens Nursing home, and our family is very grateful for the care she received. The staff was kind, attentive, and treated her with dignity and compassion. They kept us informed, answered our questions, and worked hard to make sure she was comfortable. The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a supportive environment for both residents and their families. Knowing my mother was in good hands gave us peace of mind during a difficult time. Thank you to the nurses, caregivers, and staff for all that you do.

I would recommend the Haven as a quality place for skilled nursing and rehabilitation. My father was admitted and he received quality care and attention. He was treated with respect and the staff could not have been more friendly. The best part was the productive communication and patient centered care which includes patient involvement.

The therapy staff was great. Dietary should add some salads like chef, blt, or cobb to the menu for diabetics when the regular menu includes lots of pasta. Please print out a menu for each room? Nursing staff was good. One CNA needs to learn compassion and gentleness and remember the clients are the boss. Overall a good place to be.
