This place does not consider the welfare of all its patients. Left me sitting in a van with a leg fracture with complications for over hour while waiting for an unknown patient to transport from Tucson to Safford. I was in severe pain which was made known to the medical director and executive director and still we sat waiting.

Haven of Safford truly lives up to its name. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats residents with dignity and respect. You can tell they genuinely care—not just about medical needs, but about the people themselves. The nurses, aides, and support staff go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and heard. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-run, and communication with families is thoughtful and reassuring. It brings peace of mind knowing your loved one is in capable, caring hands. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown here and would confidently recommend Haven of Safford to anyone needing skilled nursing care.

Haven Health did not meet basic expectations for compassionate or attentive care. My experience left me seriously worried about residents staying here and my grandma. Families should carefully research alternatives before choosing this facility.

When my husband had a stoke our whole world was changed. Thankfully the decision was made to have him taken to Haven Health Safford. The Staff were so kind, caring and thoughtful. Also, very patient with "family members", i.e. me during this stressful time. The food was excellent being of the right portion size and very tasty. The facility was carefully thought out to be a safe and pleasant environment for the "guest" to enjoy. The outdoor areas were calming. There was NOTHING to complain about during the short stay.
