I had my father in this facility for 2 occasions and the staff was amazing especially, Erica she went out of her way to help my family with home assistance and other things. They have great staff. One of the nurse from his pt would even to check on him from time to time to make sure he was doing well. I hope no one has to have there love ones away from home, but if you do and they end up going to this facility know that you love one will be cared for with kindness and professionalism!

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed to create a positive atmosphere for healing and recovery. There are range of activities and therapies offered. Communication is outstanding; the team keeps family and Residents informed at every step and always make sure families and residents understand the care plan. I highly recommend Haven of Douglas to anyone looking for quality skilled nursing care.

We’ve had my elderly Mother at Haven for over 5 years. The staff and residents are like one big family. They truly care and love each resident. Bringing Mom to Haven was one of the hardest decision I had to make, but I’m glad I brought her to Haven in Douglas. The staff are truly amazing and care for their residents. They have daily activities and celebrations during holidays. I see how everyone just enjoys themselves. And the joy they experience together. Honestly, I couldn’t have Mom at a better facility. I highly recommend Haven if you are considering bringing your elder parent to be cared for 24/7. M Skinner
