Several families praise the clinical attention and compassion of nursing staff, particularly on the West Wing, where one family noted their 86-year-old mother received attentive care following hip fracture rehabilitation. The facility itself is described as clean and well-maintained with no unpleasant odors. However, other families report serious gaps in daily care, including concerns about bed changes, supply availability, and bathroom cleanliness, along with observations that nursing staff appear understaffed relative to patient loads. One family wrote, "our nurses have been outstanding, just stretched way too thin."

We entrusted our loved one in the care of this facility and it is Horrible! I had to clean the bathroom myself, because no one has cleaned it since she been there. The CNA's are lazy and do not want to do what they get paid to do! Please do not send anyone you care for THERE! The way my sister is being treated is unacceptable and I will be filing a grievance against the facility and I will go further If I have too!!

My mom, age 86, is currently a rehab patient there after falling and breaking her hip a few weeks ago. I have been very impressed with the care my mom has received. The nurses and nursing assistants on the West Wing are so attentive and truly care for their patients. My only complaint was that there was only 1 nurse for 20 patients. Our nurses have been outstanding, just stretched way too thin, and that’s an organizational issue not the staff’s fault. They need more nurses. The physical therapy staff here is superb. They exercise my mom daily except on weekends. I couldn’t get over the improvements my mom has made. I wish my mom could stay longer. My main complaint is the food. It could use improving. Sometimes it was so salty it was inedible. I know because I tried it. Many times we weren’t even sure what the dish was supposed to be, so we had to bring in other food. Thank you West Wing for taking such good care of my mom! She would love to take you all home with her.

This was my first Nursing home experience as a patient. My first day the a tech told me she couldn't stay in there waiting on me all evening (because she had been in my room twice in 10 minutes) I had a problem going on. I was there 12 days, they never once changed my bed. They told me I needed to have someone bring me some diapers, because they were just about out. I couldn't walk, had to use a wheelchair to get around. Housekeeping ran a damp mop over my floor twice during this stay. I had to ask her to please clean my toilet on the second day. After this I only saw them at mealtime/vital sign time and med time. If I asked for a pitcher of water they brought me a 6oz cup of water. I urinated on myself, on the floor, bathroom floor, and the garbage can because I couldn't hold it, and cleaned it up myself using the paper towel. The night nurse was nice, she was the only one that checked my oxygen and refilled the water on it. Two days before I left the day shift that came on was very nice. They checked to see If I needed anything, often. I had to leave and go home. We don't know where we are going, but we sure know where we have been.

This is a very nice nursing home. I went here to do volunteer work with another established Volunteer there. The place was very neat and clean... no odor that you would attached to a facility such as this. It was a most pleasant experience to Interact with some of the residents. The purpose of our visit was to minister to the Spiritual desire of those who wanted to have the Bible read to them and to associate with others and even to sing songs that pertained to the Bible reading. If I had to go in a facility or a family member for care, I Would definitely see about into this facility. The residents were clean and we'll cared for and a coordinator scheduled some activity every week day , to stimulate mentally and emotionally those living there.
