They dropped my mom on her first night there. The man taking care of her, told her not to say anything. She had a open wound on her shoulder from the fall. I only found out about the fall when she checked in with hospice. She was afraid of what the guy would do to her if she said anything. The toilet she shared with another lady and two men was backed up for over a full day.

The moment I toured this place for my mom’s rehab, I knew immediately that it was a good fit for mom. As I looked over the place, I was met with so much warmth and friendliness from the staff, and as I talked with them, they all made me feel welcome (and I wasn’t even the patient!). It may not look “new” (as other facilities), but it was very clean, very organized and very well run. My mom stayed here for about 5 weeks and she couldn’t have been more happy- everyone, and I mean EVERYONE (no exaggeration!) that came to care for her did an excellent job! Not only did they care for her as a patient but they treated her like family. And that was VERY important for me- knowing that I can leave my 88 year old mother in the care of this facility. Kudos to all the staff! Hands down I would recommend this place! Harvard Creek Post Acute is not only a rehabilitation center, it’s home away from home!

My mother spent 9 weeks at Harvard Post Acute in Covina, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care she received. When she arrived, she couldn’t do anything on her own—but thanks to the dedication, support, and clear communication from the entire staff, she made tremendous progress. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, compassionate, and consistently kept us informed. With their help, my mother was able to return home and now lives independently with only minimal assistance. I highly recommend Harvard Post Acute to any family seeking skilled, attentive, and encouraging rehabilitation care.

This is a long overdue review for my husband’s 100 day stay at Harvard Creek Post Acute Rehabilitation. When he arrived at the facility he was unable to do anything on his own. He was completely bed ridden and had to rely on the dedicated staff for his every need. After his time allotted was over he was able to walk out of Harvard Creek and manage all of his needs on his own. The therapists worked with him daily concentrating on mobility, coordination, speech and the ability to eat, and swallow. We were so pleased with my husband’s recovery and rehabilitation which was only made possible due to the high standards, ongoing attention and dedication put forth by everyone employed with Harvard Creek Post Acute. They were very accommodating, understanding and patient with all of our questions and requests and treated my husband with kindness, dignity and respect. Thank you everyone we will be forever grateful!!!

When I called for the first time when looking for a rehab home for my mom, I spoke with Janet. Janet gave me the confidence that my mother would be in good hands. At first we were allowed to spend the night with our mom. My sister, brother, and I visited my mother every day during the four months she was in rehabilitation. Every single day we witnessed the care the staff has for their patients. Including cleaning, feeding those unable to feed themselves. The physical therapy staff were also very good with helping my mom with her rehab. Overall the care and needs were met in a timely manner by the nursing staff. On top of all this I witnessed the love, hugs and care the staff has for their patients. If I could give 10 stars I would. Brenda E.
