1 / 16Families generally describe Harrison Bay as a warm, beautifully maintained lakeside community with attentive nursing staff and well-liked food. However, a serious complaint about understaffing and poor conditions in memory care stands out as a notable exception to the otherwise positive tone.

We are looking at a place for my mom to live. The manager, Chris, at Harrison Bay is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. And the building is beautiful and well-maintained.

Memory care facility at Harrison Bay is absolutely the worst. They have no staff and most of what they do have are temps from outside agencies. As soon as a room opens up they fill it again even though they have no staff. Do NOT choose this place for your loved one for memory care. I’ve walked in to some pretty disgusting sights. And yes, as the previous post says the food is also a disgrace.<br>I
