My grandmother had a catastrophic stroke February 24th and her body wasn't found until February 27th 2024 in her apartment after a wellness check was requested by a relative. Preventative measures and routine bedroom checks should have been implemented which could have saved her life! Now they are avoiding our calls for her security deposit back. #Negligence

This place is known as Peter Antonellis Towers (formerly Harrison Arms). We had applied to several locations seeking Senior housing for some family members. During our time on the waiting list, COVID happened. While under quarantine, the considerate manager, Tony, called for an interview. Since things had been turned upside down at this time, we couldn't get our family out there in time for an interview. I was disappointed but, Tony simply pushed our relative's name back a few spaces so we could have enough time to complete quarantine and travel for the interview. Tony and his assistant, Alicia, were so friendly and accommodating that we wanted our family to reside there. I knew that with management like that, my family would be in good hands.

I work with ramon, Felipe and tee every Thursday. They go above and beyond for this building. Very professional and take care of the tenants need. Ramon make sure all the work is done. Felipe kept all maintenance in tact. Tee kept everything professional and presentable. She makes sure everyone is good
