Can't say enough great things about this center. The nursing staff are friendly, definitely good with each resident and keep you updated on your loved one that's there. Anytime I've had a question or concern, it's been immediately addressed. The facility is clean, no offensive odors and the food is good. They have activities for the residents all the time. I would not have my mother in any other facility. So, if you have a loved one that needs care beyond your ability, come check Harrah Nursing Center out. You won't be disappointed.

My special needs adult daughter moved in to Harrah NC on her 38th birthday and passed away 11 days past her 42nd. I will be forever grateful for the loving care they gave Kelee. The staff and Administration was amazing and walked my family through a very difficult journey with our sweet girl. We always felt like we could go home and rest knowing they would call if they needed us. I recommend them to anyone who needs nursing care. Thank you Elizabeth, Karen, Crystal and team Harrah🩷

My mom has been a resident for almost three years. They have great daytime activities for the seniors. Caring staff and good meals. The community is very supportive too especially during the holidays. They keep me informed when any medical tests or medicines are needed or need to be changed.

The Harrah Nursing Center has been very helpful in caring for my mother over the past two years. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My mom’s favorite activities are getting her nails done and movie day! She loves the music they play all the time!
