I like most, aside from everything else, that they pray with my Mom. She's a staunch Catholic. They care for her whether she's presenting that day in English or Spanish. She's deescalated and redirected, not screamed at. Nice. When my mind lets go I want a place like this, or this place.

Alexandra, Deysy, Susan, Maria, and all of the staff were a godsend in the care of my mother. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2019 and we moved her in with us to take care of her. I had hoped that we would have a few years with us to make lasting memories with my children, but then Covid came the following year and her conditioned worsened. I was stressed and couldn't sleep trying to figure out how to take care of my mom and sorting through insurance when we discovered Harmony and Alexandra. When I say she was a godsend, I am not exaggerating. She was incredible. She told me that this was her life's work from God and, I can tell you based on my experience, it truly is. She is extremely selective about who works for due to the sensitive nature of extending care to the elderly and it shows in the quality of the people that work there. For almost 5 years, my family would visit my mom at Harmony and she was always well-cared for and well-fed. They treated her like she was one of their own family. We made lasting friendships with the staff and they always kept us up-to-date on her condition. My mom passed in December of last year but, at the very end, Deysy was at her side. I will be forever thankful that someone so caring was with my mom in her final moments. If you asked me if I would recommend Harmony to care for your loved one - I would say "yes" in a heartbeat!

A family-like care facility for your elderly. My mother in law stayed in this facility for more than 4 years and the love and care the staff gave her is unmatched. Everyone sincerely care for their residents like their own relatives. They cried with us when she passed. We are forever grateful to everyone at Memory Care.

We moved our mother into Harmony summer of 2022. At first I was very pleased with them but soon saw that little was being done to stimulate the minds of the residents living there. Every once in a while an activity would be done, but few and far in between. The caregivers have time to care give not be activity directors. Sitting on the porch with music playing was the most stimulation I saw. I rarely saw the owner and never saw her speaking to the residents. If it were not for some of my favorite caregivers who really took care of my mom we would have left a long time ago, as I think her decline progressed faster than it should have. Upon giving our 30 day notice to the owner, never did I receive a reply back, nor did we see her on the day my mother left. I recently found out that she has her sister and her husband living above the residents on the 2nd floor… this was never communicated to us and I find this highly unprofessional. I quickly came to realize that her first priority is NOT the residents and the fact that in a 16 room resident facility, 5 of us have left within the last 2 months.

We placed my beloved mother in law in the care of Alexandria and her wonderful staff a few months ago and couldn't be happier!! It is very clean and cheerful with staff that actually care about my mil and the facility. This place has changed her life for the better!!!!
