What a joke! Emergency room waiting for 3 hours and there was only 3 of us waiting to be seen. People are in pain and they aren’t even putting them in a room. Only one here after 3 hours and still waiting, screw this place just drive to Reno you still wouldn’t have to wait this long. They aren’t even that busy there just lazy!

Dr. Echo is one of the best. She is very caring and listened to my concerns. She makes sure to answer any questions I might have and always checks before I leave to make sure she answered any and all questions and or concerns. I gave her five stars but if I could have given her more I would have. Thank you Dr. Echo 😊

This was my second visit with Dr. Kelly. I was satisfied and content with the outcome of my visit, as we discussed my heaIth concerns. I would describe Dr. Kelly as compassionate, competent, and dedicated, as well as patient-centered, knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. I value doctors who are good listeners, communicative, and trustworthy.

My heater blew up (badger incident) and the wind was howling at a steady 60mph, so I decided to book a last-minute 'staycation' at the Humboldt General Hospital Resort & Spa on Haskell Street. I walked into the lobby and was immediately greeted by the 'Concierge' (they call her a Triage Nurse). I told her I wanted the 'Presidential Suite' with a view of the parking lot and a late checkout. She asked me for my 'insurance card'—which I assumed is their version of a loyalty rewards program—and then asked me to rate my pain on a scale of 1 to 10. I told her, 'My pain is a zero, but my desire for climate control is a 10.' She didn't seem amused, but she got me into a room pretty quick. The room amenities are... interesting. The bed is a bit narrow and has wheels (handy for quick escapes?), and the 'linens' are made of high-quality paper. Very avant-garde. I tried to order room service, specifically a ribeye and a Picon Punch, but the waiter (Doctor) insisted on serving me a 'Saline Drip' paired with a 'Tetanus Shot.' A bold culinary choice, very minimalist. Four stars because the AC is fantastic and the staff is attentive (they woke me up every hour to check if I was still alive—top-tier customer service!). Lost one star because the 'bathrobe' they gave me had no back, which I found breezy but undignified, and the bill at checkout was higher than a weekend in Vegas.

Dr Sam is very personable , easy to talk to. Explains thoroughly every step. Cass (his nurse) is fantastic. They both have gone over and beyond helping my husband to acquire oxygen.
