Theresa, I'm sure you're aware that nothing in the world can prepare you to lose your mom. I feel somebody was definitely looking over me when I made the choice to go with Harmony Care Home January 2022. I'm so grateful that you accepted me and mom. Neither one of us realized it would only be six weeks, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience to spend those last few weeks with her. Everything about the experience was the best it could be because of your help. Every question answered, every concern addressed immediately, every emotion and feeling shared was acknowledged and verbalized back to me. You made sacrifices of your personal time. That was a true testament to your compassion. You were always so calm and available I don't know what I would have done without you. Ive never been though anything like this, I had so much anxiety. I want to express my sincere gratitude for your love and service as well as the entire staff, Isabell, Yolanda, Alicia and Sara, they were all supportive, patient and caring. As far as the medication and working with hospice, you did everything right, you always knew what to do. You kept me informed and always made the right choices, you were on top of what needed to be done immediately. Im very appreciative for all your experience, your knowledge and your knowing what to do. I enjoyed our times chatting and you comforted me as we hung out around mom's bed as you fed her and you had the patience for her and you included me and made it feel like we were family. The only regret is that I didn't switch to you sooner, your home was so much better for mom than being at TreVista Concord memory care. I just wish mom could have seen the rest of your beautiful house. She loved interior design and she would have loved the big modern kitchen and the yard too. If she was able to go out there I'm sure she would have found the words to ask you if you had a cigarette. It's so hard to see your mom go through dementia and not be able to speak, to go downhill so fast in 3 years. To lose the ability to talk and read, she couldn't even find the candy I left for her. To see her bed ridden and not be able to use her hands, to want to get up but not remembering she broke her hip. The uncomfortable block for recovery from the hip surgery that was so hard to see but you helped make everything the best it could be. You calmed my anxiety and made everything look easy. For that and your true compassion I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will always remember you. Linda and Yvonne too!

Our mother lived at Harmony Care Home for several years. We couldn't have been more pleased with the compassionate, sensitive and kind care she was provided. Teresa was not only a wealth of knowledge and suggestions for dignified care with our demented and fading mother, but also always supportive and had a kind word for our family. In the beginning of her stay Teresa would take her with her to the grocery store and other errands. Mom felt special and was so happy to go into the community with her. We would frequently go to Harmony and find mom doing puzzles, looking through magazines, playing games or having Teresa manicuring her nails or styling her hair. She was never left in bed or simply propped in front of a TV. It was very personal and loving care. We also can't say enough about the quality and attentiveness of the staff. They were always available and there was very little turnover in the years Mom was there; that also speaks volumes of the quality. Teresa's communication with our family was always timely, concise and clear. When it came time to progress our mother to Hospice the Hospice staff continually gave us the feedback regarding their opinion of the excellent care and environment of Harmony. There was never a time we were concerned about the care or attention given to our mother. The food was healthy, as well as fresh and plentiful. Our mothers last years were filled with dignity and compassion. We thank Teresa, her lovely family and excellent staff for taking care of our mom and the rest of the residents. Harmony is simply the best!

My grandmother was at Harmony care home for 4years and we were blessed to have her there. The staff is loving and caring. The meals are so healthy and delicious. They really love the seniors as if they were their own relatives. Even though my Grandmother is not with us anymore I will always stay in contact with Teresa, the owner and her staff. I love them for everything they did for my grandmother.

Two and a half years ago, our mother needed a home where she could receive loving, patient and skilled care in a clean & cozy environment. Harmony Care Home (HCH) met EVERY check off item that our family was looking for our Mom, including healthy food. activities & outings. Our Mom never wanted to leave her home, but after her health no longer allowed her to live alone, she never had any regrets by moving into HCH. Our family was VERY particular when it came to our mother's care, so we would highly recommend Harmony Care Home.
