Probably one of the worst if not the worst nursing home in the state of Texas. They left my 94 year old Papa, who is very alert and aware of everything going on, in his room alone. Knowing he needed help going to the restroom. My Mom checked on him this morning, his door was shut and there was feces and urine all over his bed, his chair, the floor and him. He had been there for hours with all over that around him. Not one person checked on him. They may see him as an old 94yr old about to die anyway, he is my Papa and he has the will to be alive and get stronger to go home and go play dominoes with his friends. The administrator simply told my Mom to leave, zero understanding or willingness to help at all. We took him out of there immediately, we never got one apology and the administrator just stayed in his office the entire time I was there. We should've listened when everyone around this area said it's the worst place to take anyone. -☆

Harmony Care Nursing Home has been a true blessing for our family. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring—they treat residents with dignity and respect, not just as patients but as people. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and communication with families has been clear and reassuring. We are very grateful to the entire Harmony Care team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality long-term care.

I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. From the moment we walked in, the staff made our family feel welcomed and reassured. They truly go above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive care. My loved one is always treated with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and there are always engaging activities that keep residents active and smiling. Communication has also been excellent—any concerns or questions are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Steve King is definitely the cream of the crop when it comes to an administrator. This was a wonderful change to the facility. Knowing that my loved one is safe, supported, and cared for by such dedicated professionals gives me tremendous peace of mind. I am incredibly grateful for the team here and highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy place for their family member. 🩷

I never thought I would end up in a nursing home at age 49. My Dr strongly recommended it and I always had 100 percent faith in him. At first I was miserable. But that was my fault not theirs. They work hard, long hours putting their best foot forward every day. 4 months into it and I have felt better physically than I have in a long time. The biggest surprise is I have felt better mentally as well. Healing is what I needed and once I opened my mind and heart, healing is what I am getting. Sure, like with any place you can focus on the negatives or areas that need improvement, and they do try to correct mistakes and address every issue that may arise. But, like anywhere it starts with me and what I want to get out of it, and if I would have continued with my bad attitude at first, I would not have begun my healing journey. Thank you for all you do.
