Harbor Heritage is definitely an outstanding place to be, the quality of care and service delivery is excellent. It’s a clean and friendly environment for seniors, a safe place to call home. The care team are well experienced, compassionate and patient.

For the past six years, this adult family home has been nothing short of a blessing for our family and, most importantly, for my mom. From the very beginning, the staff welcomed her with warmth, patience, and genuine compassion. It’s clear that caregiving is not just a job to them—it’s a calling. The home itself is always clean, organized, and peaceful. But what truly sets this place apart is the level of personalized care my mom has received. The caregivers know her routines, preferences, and quirks, and they treat her with dignity and respect every single day. They communicate consistently with our family, keeping us informed and involved, and they’ve supported us through every stage of her changing needs. Over the years, I’ve watched my mom form real bonds with the caregivers—relationships built on trust, laughter, and understanding. Knowing she is safe, comfortable, and truly cared for has given our family immeasurable peace of mind. I am deeply grateful for the love, patience, and professionalism shown to my mom. They have taken care of my Grandma and Grandpa, an Aunt, an Uncle and my Mother-in-law. Just by chance they are also taking care of a friend i worked with years ago. It's so fun to visit with him. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care. All the residents are always clean and well fed. They have a great menu.
