My wife entered Haralson County Nursing Rehab on April 15,2026. She was Discharged on July 1, 2026. While this is a very old facility is a very clean facility. A few months before my wife entered this facility the was a change inthe management staff and I have to say it was a very positive moe. The Nursing Home Administrator, and the Director of Nursing are doing a great job in ensuring the residents care is be maintained at a very high level and accountability of employees is is is in place to ensure only competent caring Nurses and CNA's are helping the residents. The ladies who schedule and conduct the activities for the residents wer a joy to interact with during our 70 plus days inthe facility. The staff who ran the PT and OT were outstanding. I recommend this Rehab Facility to people who have the need in West GA. I want to give a shout out to Mrs. Laurie, Jessica, Kim, Faith, both Emily 's

Haralson Nursing and Rehabilitation is a very well run facility. The facility is super clean. They did an outstanding job with my dad's Rehabilitation . Their care team put a great plan together and executed it to perfection. The staff kept my dad safe and clean during his stay. Haralson Nursing and Rehabilitation is definitely not the Bremen Nursing home of the past. They are now a top notch facilty.

I recommend this facility to all. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. They do all they can to you get back on your feet. 10/10 rehab department truly cares for every patient they don't give up on you. The nursing staff makes you feel like your apart of a family.

The staff is amazing! My mother has been at Haralson since early November and I couldn't be more pleased with her care. Everyone is friendly, attentive, patient, and kind. They are compassionate toward the residents and accommodating to each individuals needs. Issues are promptly addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. It's also clean with no lingering odors. I visit 6 days a week and go home having peace of mind that Mom is in a good place.
