My sister went here to get a heart monitor placed and told hospital staff (doctors, nurses) that she was allergic to adhesive and they told her to “Get over it, and wait it out”. I will be reporting this behavior to the Texas health and human services commission. They don’t even have patient satisfaction forms or id take that route. Wouldn’t go here if I was dying.

If you ever go in here, never go in to see Dr.Guy. It's very painfully obvious he doesn't work there to actually help people or even do his job. He shouldn't be working anywhere in the medical field in any position if he thinks ignoring people's health is what he's supposed to be doing. Truly pathetic of him to be brushing people's serious medical issues off and acting like people want to be up there for fun. His name sounds fake and I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't even really a doctor especially how he was acting.

The worst treatment ever! I arrived to the ER with sharp abdomen pain. Nurse seemed to not want to help me. I got scolded by nurse Diana for trying to tell her what antibiotics I was already on and explaining exactly how sharp my pain was. I called for help in the middle of the night needing to use the bathroom and she never came. I am diabetic and blood sugar not used to being so low, she did not seem to care when I told her I felt like fainting. I am an out of town patient just wanting a second opinion since I am not getting any better. To make matters worst, I was placed in a what seems to be a supply room.
