The place is beautiful and clean and well kept. The assisted living section functions ok I guess but when we transitioned my grandmother to the memory care side, things went downhill. All nursing homes suffer turnover but this was pretty bad and those they had caring for my grandmother just didn’t seem to care. She was frequently dirty, unbathed and got a bacterial rash due to hygiene shortcomings. We would frequently find grandma wet and stinky. They would say “we can’t make her take a shower”. Whatever. She’s 96 with dementia. Talk her into it. It was just easier for them to leave her dirty. We moved her out 3 months ago.
