Husband went for respite care. The day before I received a call that the room was cleaned and ready for his arrival. We found that the room was never cleaned and bedsheets never changed. Jennifer took charge and quickly got the room in order. Appreciated her help but truly disappointed to this introduction to respite care. He was in the facility for 8 days and came home with a small open sore on buttocks. He had no wounds when entering. Was hoping this nice looking facility would be a place to consider for placing my husband but it was a disappointment.

I am a physical therapist that was waiting on my patient to finish eating breakfast when I observed Brittany S. Put gloves on and rush across the room to a resident who was pocketing food in their mouth and she made sure to get the food out of their mouth. I wanted to make sure that she gets accolades for this because this is a serious matter that could possibly have led to choking and or aspiration pneumonia if left unnoticed. I have been in many facilities where a lot of staff would not have noticed that. I myself was focused on my patient, and this resident was at a different table so I did not even notice. In my opinion, Brittany is a valuable asset to your company and should be recognized as such.

Loved this place. Very homey and the girls care about the residents. My Aunt was well taken care of and never missed a time to joke with them. Chef Donna cares how the food is prepare for each resident and will take time to make something else for a resident they would like. The place is clean daily. My Aunt was very comfortable here. Linda keeps the residents busy with the many activities.

Hampton Manor has far exceeded my expectations for a Memory Care place! The place may not be a new building, but it is super clean and pleasant to the eyes. The staff goes beyond the pale taking care of the residents, especially Linda, who keeps them occupied all day. She cares for each and every resident, and sees to it that they are as happy as possible all the time.
