Where to start. This facility should be and needs to be shut down. They do not care about your loved one. They hire young punks who do not value human life. On one of my visits my loved one stated she had to use the restroom. I was in no position to help her as a week prior to my visit she fell and broke her hip. I went to the staff desk and informed the staff. A staff member said she would be right there. A few minutes later, the said staff member did not come. I went back to the desk and noticed the said staff member was involved in a personal conversation and didn't want to be bothered. I stood my ground and demanded they stopped their actions. I made them walk with me to my loved ones room. Upon entering the room my loved one was half way out of the bed trying to make it to the restroom. Later that day my loved one started complaining of chest pain. I went back to the desk and got several different excuses as to why help would be delayed. I was told the nurse is coming. The nurse is busy. The nurse is in a meeting and cannot be interrupted. After waiting over 15 minutes I threatened that I would call 911 to get her some help. At that point some young punk that had his hair in a manbun stated that he just called for the nurse. Nurse comes in and tells the young punk to call for a doctor. At this point, it's been over 19 minutes. These young punks had the audacity to call the cops on me for threatening them with stating I would call 911. I went back the next day to visit. Much to my surprise, they still had her in the same clothes as the previous day. Hard telling how long has he been in those clothes. Needless to say this facility will not love and care for your loved one the way they need to be. You are better off putting them somewhere different even if it's in another town. They deserve compassion and care which they will not get here. This facility does not deserve your business and or your money. They would rather take your money and let your loved one suffer.
