Not sure what was happening many years ago, but I was here for 5 days just recently. I appreciate every one of the hard workers that helped me through my time. I thank you guys for all the attention and care. The nurses and techs and doctors they do their best with the resources they have. If you read this and you have anything in your possession that would help this establishment I kindly ask you to donate to them. A lot of people need help. Thank you again for everything. 🙏 God bless you all!

Horrible terrible experience , I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nor feed my dog the food they serve patients that are paying 600$ a day for. No Maintenance worker on site at all. One old lady that “cleans” maybe twice a week. Only one bathroom was working for around 10 men and women.. staff falling asleep behind the restricted area for staff while working night shift. Covering themselves with a blanket and everything. This place is shameful and should be shut down.

Doctors here must be underpaid bc they don't care at all about patients. Never met a staff so uninformed about their specialty. They do not inform patients about their condition or the medication forced down their throats. Very dingy, dirty, outdated facility. The food is worse than prison.

I fell on some hard times, and became a slave to the drink. The staff here at GCC welcomed me with open arms and embraced me in my time of need. They were all very helpful and genuinely concerned about my detox and recovery. I was supplied with a comfortable bed in a dorm room, a hot shower, and three daily meals, along with necessary medication to mitigate withdrawal symptoms and a daily consultation with a doctor. They also encouraged all of us to attend AA meetings held in the facility, and offered advice on where to go after my departure. This place was a godsend for me!

The doctor here is Excellent BUT The receptionist needs replaced! Donna took it upon herself to CANCEL my husband's appointment when he called to ask if he Might be able to reschedule because he was having trouble aquiring transportation. When she told him if he missed today's appointment the doctor would likely drop him, the conversation was over. She NEVER SAID, Call back and Confirm. So I got him a bus and came with him Only to get here and find out that SHE GAVE HIS APPOINTMENT AWAY. SHE CANCELLED HIM ON HER OWN BEHALF! What Kind of Unprofessional Poor excuse of a Doctor's Receptionist Does That??!!! TO TELL A PATIENT THEY CAN'T MISS THE APPOINTMENT THAN CANCEL IT ON HIM??!!!
