Griswold Home Care has been such a blessing for our family! All the care givers have been very professional and so supportive of my elderly father. They’re very understanding when schedules change or the type/amount of care needs to be adjusted. I’m not sure how we would make it without them!

Tori works hard in the office to keep all shifts covered with caregivers who fit a very specific criteria of skills we have requested. She is effective, diligent and excellent at documentation. We’re so happy with our home health provider, Deidra we ask her to fulfill all shifts and be my Dad’s sole caregiver. She’s very caring, punctual, patient, and cares for him like he was her own father. Trust is important when someone is providing care for your loved one and I have a very high expectation for anyone in my parents home. I trust Tori & Deidra. Trust has been earned by showing me the level of care they both provide in the office and in our home. I highly recommend Griswold.

Griswold is head and shoulders above some other agencies that we have used. Ms Katina and Ms Tori in the office are very kind and so easy to communicate with. The best caregiver that we have ever had is Ms Brittany. She is just a delight. She is so kind and caring and treats my loved one with such dignity and respect. We really do love her! 💕

Our family is using Griswold for the second time. My father had dementia 8 years ago before he passed and we had fantastic caregivers for him. My mother now has a back injury and needs some assistance so of course we called Griswold again. Marietta is her caregiver and has been amazing. Katina and Tori have helped tremendously and we are grateful for all that these ladies do.

I contacted 4 other agencies before choosing Griswold. I made the right choice. Griswold was the most professional and flexible agency. Every staff member is friendly, professional, and is dedicated to meeting the needs of the client. Griswolds fees are average for this area. The worker they assigned to me is bright, kind, dependable, and efficient. And she has a good sense of humor and laughs at my jokes. Brenda, Tami, Tori, Katina, Ayla, all the staff are like helpful, caring friends. I plan to stick with them.
