Griswold Homecare truly went above and beyond to try to help our entire family be comfortable with this new transition for our mom so that our dad could have respite care. From weekly check in meetings to trouble shoot issues and finding solutions unique to our situation, the team at Griswold Homecare was very thoughtful and considerate in their approach. They did everything possible to accommodate the unique needs of our family. We would recommend their services for those families looking for in home care services. You will be in good hands.

Griswold Home Care helped me for 6 weeks post surgery. Their services are comprehensive and covered everything I needed help with, and so much more. I was thrilled when, in early meetings with them, I saw the list of services they provide, everything from help with dressing to taking the client out to museums or shows is included! I had been worried my needs were too broad for any one person or agency to help. In addition to personal care, I specifically needed help with watering my extensive plants and yard, and help with caring for my pets, one of whom had just had a surgery of his own. My wonderful Home Care Provider was able and happy to help with these specific needs. I was also greatly reassured to learn about their background check process. I needed 7-day a week care (first full-time and then part-time), and Griswold provided me with exactly the hours of care I required. In addition, the Home Care Provider was a lovely person. She was kind, so caring, and wanted nothing but to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She repeatedly asked me what I needed and if she could do things for me, which made it easy for me to say yes without feeling bad and keep assigning her little (and big) tasks. She had a delightful personality. I can't say enough about her. Should I need care again, I would be so pleased if she were available. The Griswold staff checked in on me regularly to make sure things were going well, which would have given me the opportunity to notify them of any problems, but there were none. It was always good news -- "everything is great!" I was so impressed by the professionalism, caring attitude and attention to detail shown by Griswold Home Care through my entire period of care. Without a doubt, I would call them first for help in the future.

Griswold helped our family tremendously. Their caretakers were reliable, friendly and hard working. Most of all, Griswold provided flexibility with our ever-changing needs which helped our family in a time of transition in a way that we will never forget. Thank you!
