Working with Griswold Care pairing was a pleasure. They were so easy to work with, and they met every need that I had. The two aids that they found For me were wonderful. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone was very professional, and also very very nice. They were dependable, as a matter of fact, I am returning in October and I have already scheduled with them. I plan to use them every time I come to Key West. It is an excellent AGENCY and I would recommend them highly.

I've worked for Griswold for over 20 years! When the company was sold, I met Cristina Reyes. I can honestly say that Cristina is exceptional! Cristina is a wonderful, compassionate and caring person. She cares so much for the clients and their wellbeing. Cristina has always kept me on a case and has highly recommended me to wonderful clients. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is! Her professionalism and honesty keeps me wanting to continue to work with Griswold Home Care! By the way, I live in Miami so that says a lot about how much I love working for the company because of Cristina! The drive from Miami to Key West is well worth it! Thank you so much Cristina for your compassion for the clients and staff!

We needed to move my brother-in-law to live closer to us in another state and this required flying from Florida to North Carolina with a plane change. He required a level of care during the flight that was beyond what anyone in the family could provide. I contacted Griswold and Emily worked quickly with me to arrange for an intake and to find just the right person for the job. Throughout the entire process, the communication and accessibility with all parties was impeccable. Pernel, the assigned care giver was professional, attentive and caring every step of the way! She was the KEY in getting my brother-in-law here safely. It was a long and trying day and he was uncomfortable sitting for so long, but she was so calm and steady and got him here safely. I cannot say enough good things about Griswold! I would definitely call on them again if I needed any of the services they provide and I highly recommend them.

Erin came over and ran to two stores for my prescriptions, and was back in a flash, while I was in serious pain and out of meds. Her personality was that of a caring mother, offering assistance in any facet of living a comfortable life. Every one I spoke with at Griswold was pleasant, well spoken, and very professional. I highly recommend them. Thanks Erin!

Griswold has taken care of my parents for several years and they do a wonderful job. They communicate across all avenues, texting, emailing and calling so we are always kept informed. The also keep excellant records of the different needs of my parents and match the best fit for them which is so very important.
