My dad goes to the facility every now and then for respite stay. Overall the staff is friendly and nice. My father enjoys interacting with everyone. However, the facility is outdated , and a few of his clothing was missing. Other than that it’s okay.

The receptionist at the front was extremely rude when I came to visit my mom and join her for her care plan meeting. We were instructed to go to the front desk and let them know. After five minutes of standing in front of her she finally asked us if we wanted anything and told we are in the way when no one had even came close to passing by inthe hall. If this is how the staff is allowed to treat patients then the government may need to look into this for fraud and neglect.

Greenview is not your little gray-haired grandma & grandpa “old folks” home. It is family of people from very diverse backgrounds & economics. It is place where the entire staff genuinely cares for the residents and their families. The maintenance and housekeeping staff keep the facility clean. Yes, the facility itself could use remodeling and updating (that’s why I rated it 4 stars & not 5). But I put the priority on cleanliness & care of the residents. My dad was in the secure memory care wing for 1-1/2 years before his death just recently. He had the best nurse (Tim) who became his “buddy”. The CNAs Michelle, Janiyah, Tomeka, Brittany & Dacia were so kind and compassionate. They were always there with a hug for me. Nurse Heather & CNAs Tomeka & Brittany happened to be on shift when my dad died. Camille, the night CNA, sat with my dad between her rounds during his last night. They went above and beyond taking care of my dad that day. The activities Director Cassidy brought our family food & tea & coffee while we sat with my dad during his last 2 days. Suzanne, who actually admitted my dad in August 2023, became a good friend and was also with us the day he died. The empathy and kindness shown to our family on that day will not be forgotten. Yes, I would recommend Greenview to others.
