My father (91yr) was in the hospital for a week with pneumonia. After about a week of treatments and antibiotics, he was ready to be transferred to a skilled nursing rehab before coming back home again. I was asked by the charge nurse if I picked one yet. I had a few hours to decide and what a hard decision to make without seeing them in person. I left voicemails messages and a few responded back. The one that I went with was Greenfield because the Director was the most concerned with my father's well-being and had the rehabilitation he needed to regain his strength. It was the best choice I made. Everyone was so good to him, even though I know he's grumpy at times. They all thought he was sweet and funny. I just want to thank you for all your hard work and patience and most of all thank you for bringing my dad home healthy and happy.❤️

On 04-11-23, my Dad passed to heaven. My dad entered green field convalescent home when he no longer could ambulate and was cared for about 2 1/2 years. My mother and my sister who visited my dad almost daily even when visiting was only allowed via window, expressed gratitude to the staff who care for my dad with kindness and respect. I also would like to express my gratitude as whenever I visited, the staff were kind and attentive to my father’s need. On the day of my dad’s passing, all his children had the blessing of seeing him go to the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. I like to express the gratitude towards the staff and the administration of greenfield convalescent home for making the last years of our father to be dignified and comfortable. Also I like to let it be known that my Dad during his whole bedridden time, never developed any bed sores or significant diaper sores thanks to the excellent care he received. I hope God give His blessing to all the staff who were caring to my father during his last years of his life. Thank you so much.

One of the best nursing home in Orange County. Warm environment, skilled and friendly employees. Thank God for this care center for our elderly. My father-in-law has been cared so nicely be these wonderful carers, he is so happy to be in this place.

Our dad (93 yrs old) was admitted this facility 3 mo ago in Nov 2018 after he slipped and fractured his right elbow while finishing up shower. Since few years ago his both legs has gotten so weak and he had to use wheelchair. His doctor prescribed rehab at Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton. He really likes this Greenfield Center. The facilities' inside out is very clean and make visitors (mostly families of patients, I presume) feel happy and assured their parents are well cared by the Center. The Center is well organized and all staffs seems working hard and diligently with smiles. Most of all non-Korean staffs speak limited Korean language for daily necessities. This is something!! The Center provides excellent hot meals at each meal time and never missed medicine times. The other day while our visit, our dad said he wants to stay here until his last day. He loves the Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton that much. Our family appreciate the Center’s staffs, especially Ms.Sarah, for their sincere care with love. We will surely recommend this Greenfield Fullerton to other families. I had no hesitation to give "5 star" to Greenfield Fullerton.

My mother in law is a patient at Greenfield . I would like to thank all the staff for the great care she is receiving. They are all hard working, compassionate and caring. I have been to other facilities but Grenfield is the best. The place is very clean and well maintained. They have a lot of Korean speaking employees which help a lot. We are very lucky that we found this place to care for my mother in law. Special thanks to Sara for all the help you give us. You work very hard .
