Nothing will change the terrible experience we had with the skilled nursing facility. However, I spoke with someone outside of skilled nursing, and she did listen and empathized with what we encountered. Hoping that will help them going forward.

Greenbrier has been a blessing for my family from getting my parents situated through their transition to their new environment to helping my parents with their health challenges. The staff (nursing, foods service, cleaning, maintenance, administration) is caring and has my parents’ best interest at heart. Any issues that have arose have been handled quickly and in a team effort. They have a clean facility. I feel like the staff has become a branch of my family.

My husband was very weak when he was admitted to Greenbrier Skilled Nursing. He got such warm and encouraging attention from everyone involved with his care! He was up and walking in no time. He enjoyed the other residents at meal times. It was nice to get such great care!
