Green Acres is truly the place to be! You can find love and compassion all throughout the building. not only do the staff give wonderful care physically for the residents they also give emotional support to the residents. Families do not only come to see their loved one ,they also come to see the other residents that they get to know and love dearly. The residents care about each other and worry when one goes to the hospital or goes out for a doctor's appointment. I have been to many of the assisted living facilities around Cadillac, Michigan and I must say their staff are dedicated to their job and to the residents. It is not uncommon to go into the dining rooms and see residences visiting with each other after the meals.
