I have visited Green Acres of Ionia several times now and highly recommend them for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retirement community. This charming residence truly feels like a home, providing a unique and comforting environment for its residents.

With the recent passing of our mother, our family has taken time to reflect on how her final years were so vastly enriched. This occurred not only with the support of immediate family, but also through her second family. We entrusted Mom's care to Green Acres of Ionia. It didn't take long to realize that this was the right choice. This facility has created a culture of caring and love. Her caregivers first became friends and then evolved as part of the family. Not only did we appreciate the respect Mom received, but also, the extension of that to us, throughout her years residency. Thank you, Green Acres. Hats off to all the wonderful staff that created such a positive experience for both Mom, and our family.

PLS READ FOR CONSIDERED FUTURE RESIDENTS.<br>I have a question for management, how does it feel that your staff members continuously give residents the wrong medication? (We’re all human, and make mistakes, we understand but it has been reported multiple times that people are given the WRONG MEDICATION) .<br>And why does your staff have to treat your customers so poorly when someone is concerned about their 90 year old mother taking the wrong medication? Someone could’ve gotten hurt!!! Or worse.<br>Are you aware a family had to leave your property? Or just not care enough because maybe you’re at the end of your career and done with this job.

I'm currently being harassed online by an employee here who I don't even know. I don't even live in Ionia county. Her name is Makayla Shafer and she has been cyber stalking me and threatening me all day and I just wanted to stop. I recently called to talk to one of her higher-ups to see if something could be done and the woman who answered the phone says that they don't mind their employees acting this way as long as it's not on the clock but who knows how this girl is treating the people in her care when no one's looking if this is how she treats people she doesn't even know outside of work.
