I would give Grand Canyon Home Care a 100/10 because they are truly one of the best healthcare agencies. If you are looking for care for a loved one, I highly recommend this agency. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Ali, the supervisor, has been outstanding. Because my loved one lives on a fixed retirement income and has limited financial resources, he took the time to create a meal plan to help ensure she was getting proper nutrition. He managed the entire care plan process, was always available whenever we needed help, and has been working hard to connect her with community resources, including food banks and other benefits that may help improve her quality of life. His dedication, compassion, and professionalism are truly exceptional. The caregiver, Zainab, has also been exceptional. She provides outstanding care for my loved one and consistently demonstrates kindness, patience, compassion, and genuine concern for her well-being. Zainab is no longer viewed as just a caregiver, she has become like family to my loved one. I have complete trust and peace of mind knowing she is there, even when I am not. Her dedication and hard work truly deserve recognition, and she absolutely deserves a raise. Yiruy Allayev, the physician assistant from the agency, checked on my loved one and noticed that her ear needed further attention. After carefully examining and cleaning it, he discovered an infection that had previously gone undetected. This was also the first time her ear had been properly cleaned, which helped reveal the underlying issue causing her discomfort. Prior to his visit, we had taken her to a nurse practitioner for ear and throat pain. Although treatment was provided, her symptoms did not improve, and she continued to suffer for nearly two weeks. Yiruy took the time to thoroughly assess her condition, identify the underlying issue, and ensure she received the appropriate care she needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and compassionate. His expertise and attention to detail made a significant difference in her care and comfort. I am incredibly grateful that he was able to identify the problem and help address it when previous treatment had not resolved her pain.
