DO NOT RECOMMEND! We used their services for 5 days, then my dad passed away and she took one whole month of payment from us and won’t refund us back the rest of the money!!! They never told us that the advance is not refundable. It’s thousands of dollars. They take advantage of people and are very immoral! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. NEVER.

I can't say enough good things about Graces TLC Home Inc. Grace and her team helped my grandmother tremendously during a very difficult time. Their care, compassion, and professionalism made all the difference for our family. Whenever my grandmother needed assistance, they promptly sent out the necessary providers—whether it was a nurse, therapist, or aide—without any delay. It was such a relief knowing we could count on them to be there exactly when we needed help the most. Out of all the home health providers we've worked with, Graces TLC has been by far the best in the Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Stafford areas.
