This facility has turned into an assisted living facility as they refuse to accept patients that actually need skilled care. They will lie about services they provide, even though a week later they offered service to other patients. They have also abandoned patients by refusing to accept them back after hospital stay. It’s very disappointing that this county does not have a better run facility as the county could benefit from a facility to be able to provide care to the elderly that need it.
