Absolutely horrible they leave my mom for hours who's bed bound without a call button. Don't give her snacks with her meds. My mom's been there 2 months never saw or meet don they never answered the phone at night either, my mom's been sick for weeks they wont give her meds. They force her against her will to take meds or other things. They refused to let her outside or to events since they told her she can't eat all the food or allow to smoke. Everything they doing is wrong. Sad most likely will have to file for adult negligence. These people just want money not make sure patients are save or ok.also no fans or ac in room either.

The nurses are nice but management doesn't seem to keep up with the cleanliness of the place. When you walk into any section of Glendora Grand it smells like urine and feces. Alot of the patients have mental disorders and men and women are kept in the same building which I don't think is appropriate. The females are bathed by a male which I don't believe he is CNA or RN. Everything I would ask my mom if she had bathed she would start saying bad things about the male that he would try to grope her so she would refuse baths. When I brought it to the facility managers attention they play it off as if the mental issues they ha e make them hallucinate and believe things that are not happening. I don't by that because even though my mom has szcisophrenia she has never said to me that someone had touched her inappropriately, I eventually took her out of there and put her elsewhere.

I’m an Uber driver and someone from this location ordered a ride for a patient. Patient was soiled and stained my back seat. The nurse that brought the patient out knew that they were soiled because they told me that I would need to clean my back seat. I think it’s neglectful to keep a patient soiled and even more so to put them into my car without any prior warning or any covering for my car….0/0
