Staff can be wonderful. The worst are in charge. Managers only make changes when forced. A warm body being in the building is all they need. Management don’t care if it’s only one person to care for 50 people as long as it’s not them doing it. The same carpet been there since it opened. Filthy and won’t spend a dime to change it. Not even writing the worse of what’s happened there. If you think of the worst it probably has. Good workers try but won’t be better until new people run it.

My mother has been a resident for more than 10 years, and I’m grateful to know that she is in good hands. Katie and Amanda have been at the Villas for more than 20 years collectively, and their experience, dedication, and genuine care for the residents really stand out. They don’t just manage the facility—they truly know the residents and are willing to pitch in to help with care whenever needed. They lead by example, setting the bar for the level of care and compassion they expect from their staff. I am thankful for Katie, Amanda, and the entire team at Glen Villas.

I’ve been very impressed with this independent living facility. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel comfortable and inviting. The common areas are clean and thoughtfully designed, and there is a great sense of pride in keeping the community looking its best. What really stands out, though, is the staff. The employees are friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. They treat residents with respect and kindness, and they consistently go above and beyond. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help make a noticeable difference in the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable community for the residents.
